How do I log in to the patient portal?
Our online patient portal lets you review upcoming appointments, look back at your treatment history, and keep your account information current. If you haven’t received your login details yet, give our team a call at (972) 972-4646 and we’ll get you set up.
What payment and financing options do you accept?
We accept most major dental insurance plans, and we also offer flexible third-party financing so you can break the cost of treatment into manageable monthly payments. Visit our financing page for the full details, or just ask us at your visit – we’re always happy to walk you through your options before you commit to anything.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your first visit is all about getting to know you. We’ll review your health history, take any images we need, complete a thorough exam, and then sit down with you to talk through what we found. There’s no pressure and no rushing – you’ll leave understanding exactly where your oral health stands and what your options are.
When should I call about a dental emergency?
Call us promptly for severe pain, significant swelling, bleeding that won’t stop, or a tooth that’s been chipped, cracked, knocked out, or is making it hard to eat. Our team can help you figure out the right next step and get you in as soon as possible.
Important note: if you’re experiencing potentially life-threatening symptoms alongside a dental injury, like uncontrollable bleeding or difficulty swallowing, call 911 or head to the ER.
