Anthem Coverage Availability & Fees
There’s nothing routine about the benefits of preventive oral health care. That’s why your Anthem dental insurance places such a heavy emphasis on services like exams and cleanings. While individual plans will vary, most coverage follows the same basic format:
- 80-100% Preventive Services, including checkups and cleanings, dental x-rays, oral cancer screenings, etc.
- 70-80% Basic Restorative Services such as fillings and gum disease treatment.
