Your First Visit
After you schedule an appointment over the phone, our team will text you a link that will allow you to fill out your new patient forms digitally before your visit. That way, by the time you arrive, our team will already have all of your information input into our system.
Our warm team members at the front desk will greet you as you come through the front door. We ask that you arrive a little early for your first appointment because we have some paperwork that you’ll need to fill out. When we’re ready for you, we’ll call you back and take some time to get to know you personally. We’ll ask you about your smile goals and your daily oral hygiene and answer any oral health care questions you may have. After a full oral exam, we’ll discuss our findings with you and come up with a treatment plan that will meet your unique needs.
Dental Insurance
If you have dental insurance through your employer or on your own, we can help you save money on your oral care! At Archway Dental, we are proud to accept nearly all PPO dental insurance plans and help patients get the most out of their benefits. Our experienced team will gladly file claims on your behalf so that you don’t have to deal with the headaches and confusing paperwork often involved with insurance. Dr. Parmar and Dr. Williams welcome seniors to our practice, no matter whether they’re seeing us to restore their smile or maintain it. If you have Medicare Advantage dental coverage, we can help you get the most out of your PPO plan thanks to our very experienced insurance coordinator. Many dental practices make the mistake that Medicare Advantage dental coverage is HMO, but that’s usually only the case for medical, not for dental.
